RMHCCF introduces new Chief Administration Officer, Amy Racicot

Orlando, FL – Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Racicot as its new Chief Administration Officer.

This strategic addition to the Executive Leadership Team comes at a pivotal time as RMHCCF continues to expand its impact and services in Central Florida. With over 20 years in finance, Amy brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

“We are thrilled to welcome Amy Racicot to our team,” said Heather Brungardt CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, “Amy’s extensive experience and strategic vision will be invaluable as we continue to grow in our purpose of providing a home away from home for families with children receiving treatment at hospitals and medical facilities in Orlando.”

Since 2013, Amy has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Give Kids the World. There she offered leadership, analysis, compliance, and transparency for all financial aspects of the business. She was responsible for developing key performance indicators, strategic plans, and annual budgets and business plans. Additionally, Amy managed several major construction projects, improved the funding process for capital expenses and leveraged sales tax exemption benefits, resulting in significant savings.

Its cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House, provides a home away from home for families with children receiving treatment at local hospitals and medical facilities. There are three Ronald McDonald Houses in Orlando on the campuses of AdventHealth for Children, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, and Nemours Children’s Hospital.
